Whenever possible I use a flat fee billing system. This way you know what the cost will be up front. The prices listed below are the general prices I charge for my services. However, I can't make a firm quote until I know the facts and circumstances of your specific situation.

Trust $1500
Power of Attorney $250
Medical Power of Attorney $250
Mergers and Acquisitions: $6000 for the first $1 million of revenue for the company I'm representing or buying. $750 for each additional $1 million in top line revenue.
IRS Representation: Between $2500 and $5000
